・A versatile standard straight fit that is neither too wide nor too narrow. Also recommended for your first pair of YAMANE INDUSTRIES jeans.
・No.1 loomstate denim, also known as raw denim (kibata denim), is woven slowly on an old-fashioned power loom, allowing you to enjoy the texture and flavor of denim from the good old days. Like denim from that era, it is not treated with modern processes to suppress fabric shrinkage and twisting, so it will shrink by approximately 2-3 sizes and twist in the leg after washing. Because of the amount of shrinkage, there is also a corresponding amount of stretch after wearing, allowing for a "shrink-to-fit" fitting where the jeans conform more to your body shape after wear.

＜About Waist Size＞
Since the jeans shrink considerably, please choose your size by referring to the actual waist measurements. The waist should sit at the hip bone when worn at the correct size. Due to the shrinkage, there is also an allowance for stretching after wear, so if you wear them at the correct size, it's fine if they feel a bit tight at first.

＜Washing Instructions＞
・Can be washed in a standard household washing machine.
・Unbutton, turn the jeans inside out, wash only one pair of jeans with a small amount of detergent. If water volume can be adjusted, a higher setting is recommended.
・After washing, if using a dryer, thoroughly smooth out wrinkles before putting them in the dryer. Drying time depends on the dryer's performance, so it's recommended to check every 30 minutes when setting the time. For one pair of jeans, they typically dry completely within an hour.
・If not using a dryer, dry them inside out in the shade. If drying in the shade, repeating the wash and shade-dry cycle three times will ensure sufficient shrinkage.
